"How far is Berks," she asked me.

"Berks is like 2 miles that way. It’s a bit of a walk," I reply while pointing south.

"Oh…I don’t know if my legs can take that. Thank you."

A recent press release announced that the Wolf of Wall Street himself, Jordan Belfort, horrible person, will tour the United States as a motivational speaker beginning September 15th. Belfort, a true, honest-to-goodness piece of shit and the inspiration behind Scorsese’s highest grossing film, claims he “will give 100 percent of all his profits from his U.S. speaking tour back to investors who lost money during his tenure at Stratton Oakmont.” Stratton Oakmont, of course, was the scam company that notoriously sent thousands of Americans spiraling into poverty during the late ‘80’s and early ‘90’s. And Jordan Belfort, of course, is notoriously full of it.
